When a cat is soon to go into labor, they will stop eating and start wondering around looking for a place to hide. The best thing to do if you see this activity is to set up an area for her out of site and away from any other animals. Make sure you have blankets to use you dont' mind throwing away afterwards.

Cats are pregnant for 63 days. Usually when they get ready to deliver they will start trying to build like a nest somewhere quiet.
I would keep the other pets away because they might hurt the kittens.

As she gets closer to giving birth she will start looking around for a private place or somewhere she will feel safe and uninterrupted. A cardboard box with old towels in it for softness on your closet floor may be a good place for her.

Yes, keep everyone else away from her.

It may depend on how close she feels to you, but 2 cats of mine (in times past) got up on my bed to give birth.

Once a feral cat came and cried at my door and I let her in and she had her kittens then when they were old enough she hauled them off. This was not an indoor cat or anyone's pet, just a wild cat. Didn't want to be held or petted, but came to my door again with a smashed and messed up tail and patiently let me work on it cutting off the messed up skin and flesh then I wrapped the stub in a clean white gauze bandage and saw her for weeks afterward outside proudly holding her bandaged tail straight up in the air. I believe cats have an instinct that lets them know who is sympatico.

If you take her to the vet you can figure out when, but if you know exactly when she got pregnant she will probably give birth maybe 8 weeks from then. and yes you should keep your other pets away from her, definetly! she should be put in an area were you can be with her/see her and where no other pets can bother her.
