more aggressive than normal domestic cats?
I've cared for a few long term cats in the past, and ready for one more. no kids in the house and no other pets.
I just need to know that I won't wake up to him/her standing on my chest licking their lips... or deciding my foot is a good play toy at 2 in the morning and wandering off with a toe.

Its on the back of his front riight leg halfway up. He is 4 years old, indoor cat I noticed him limping the last week or so. We looked closer and he has long black hair so its hard to see the growth. Its very easy to see the white hair growing out the growth, its thick like whiskers. He got quite upset when we felt around the growth, but he let us move the leg freely. Anyone know what this might be?

This question kind of goes along with another that i am going to ask,but

I just found 2 fleas on my indoor cat. She just moved into our house where we already have 5 other cats (one is outdoor). Every once in awhile we will find a flea on one of them, but all are treated with Frontline and the fleas are under control. The question is...as i was running though her hair with the flea comb, i noticed that the hair in the last 3 inches if her tail (right before it hits her body) is a bit thicker (almost oily) and is darker at the "roots" than the hair on her body. AND...the hair that is coming off on the "flea comb" is white, but with OBVIOUS dirt-like substance on it. What is this? Is this normal? Does it have to do with fleas? I did find the 2 fleas on her lower back, above this dirty area on her tail.

I keep brishing it and the dirt keeps coming up...what can i do to clean this if at all possible? It seems that she is really sensitive in this area if i comb the hair back.

I HAVE 2 CATS, THE BOY IS 5 MONTHS AND THE GIRL IS 7 MONTHS. MY BOY CAT EATS A LOT AND THE GIRL IS HARDLY EATING AT ALL. I TRIED TO SEPERATE THEM WHEN THEY EAT BUT SHE CRIES FOR THE BOY (LIKE SHE WANTS HIM TO EAT HER FOOD). WHAT CAN I DO TO GET HER TO EAT? I THINK SHE IS UNDER WEIGHT. AND WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CUT THEIR NAILS WITHOUT THEM CRYING AND MOVING AROUND?
THANKS

1. Why not egg whites?

2. Do they get a cholestoral problem if fed too much eggs? ( coz was told egg yolks nourishes cats to have a beautiful shiny coat )

3. Can they eat Cheese? ( my kitty likes to pillage my cheddar slices when I am not looking, I usually laugh so hard at his cleverness and antics that I just cannot bring myself to scold him :))

Some one told me if my cats breath smells bad. Is that true?

My cat licks his butt, so how do I tell that from non-bad breath.

My cat, Rudy, has been sneezing often lately. And they're not just little sneezes. They're big sneezes, and he makes up to 10 of them in a row. He does this up to a dozen times a day. I'm wondering if he's allergic to something. He'll be 9 years old, if that makes any difference. Am I right to worry, or is it just harmless?

I have 2 cats brother and a sister. They both have been fixed. The male cat is twice the size of my female. He keeps thinking he can have relations with her. He jumps on her back and holds her down and performs the action. My husband and I yell at him. Sometimes she cry's I don't know if he is hurting her. He holds her by the back of her neck. He don't enter because he can't, but in his mind he has these feelings. What can I do to stop him?

geez ive been looking online FOREVER and theres so much trash online its almost impossible to find anything online. Im looking for pictures of a cats eye thats blind and a picture of a normal non blind cat.

Do the eyes look different? Is there a way to check and see if they are blind?

Our cat got run over by our car when my sister ran over him. He had surgery twice and he went blind and got his vision back. He has been taking several meds since from a vet and isnt allowed to walk for 5 weeks. Im worried cause tonight i noticed that his eyes aren't responding to light and we think its his meds causing him temporary blindness. Is there any ways to tell or can you find ANY pictures for me this is ridiculous..

My cat is an indoor cat only, because he is declawed and I feel that it's safer for him. He's recently discovered the dog door however, and has been using it constantly when I'm not looking. I worry a lot because we live in coyote country. My younger cat has not exhibited any interest in going outside yet. I've tried the spraying water method for whenever I see him go near it, but it hasn't worked. Any advice?

Should I buy one from PetSmart? Should I get a kitten or an adult cat? How much does it cost to feed it? Is it possible to train an adult cat? Can I train it to use the toilet? Would it be OK by itself in the house when I am not there? Is it hard to take it back to PetSmart in case I have to move and can't take it? What else should I take into consideration?

I got two 8 week old kittens about a week ago, and when i sleep with them, they always jump on my bed and watch for my foot to move and pounce on it. they are jumping from my feet, to my head, to my hands... its adorable right now, but i don't want them to continue this habit as adults as i would never get any sleep and i would always be afraid of getting attacked. Right now, when they are in this playful mood, i hide under my covers for about an hour or so until they calm down... then cuddle on top of me and sleep. I would like to discourage this behavior so they dont associate my body with playing, but i also want them to sleep on my bed. Should i be worried about this, or will they grow out of it? also i would like to find a way to fix it gently so they don't get afraid of me or anything... should i do anything, and if so, what should i do?
