reasons for cats sneezing:
1. Asthma (yes cats do get it and yes there is treatment to aid in symptoms)
2. Allergies (as above)
3. Foreign body in nose
4. Cat flu (is there any discharge from nose or eyes?)
5. Nasal Tumour (if older cat)

take her to the vet, then you won't have to guess. it could be a upper respiratory infection, which if left untreated can be deadly to your cat. take her to the vet, she may need antibiotics. cats generally do not sneeze like we do when they have allergies.
