My cat woke me up one night chasing a mouse around the bedroom. I would sit on my bed and watch the mouse as it ran under stuff that was sitting on the floor... I'd pick it up, exposing the mouse, and the cat would run after it.

Then it would sit on the mouse for a while and let it go. I would chase it down and lift up whatever it was hiding under. My cat would then get it and repeat the process.

So, have you ever gone mouse-hunting with your cat?

This dog was lost June 13th in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Please even if you do not know anyone who lives in or around that area pass it on, her family really misses her. She is a tri colored bassett. I have a couple mollies and a group of tiger barbs?? Lately one of my Tiger barbs have been nipping a molly and the molly started swimming funny, moving its fins a bit faster, without moving too far!! I noticed that the molly is missing a piece of its side and tail fin, and I was just wondering if their tails will heal, or grow back at all??

I have two goldfish, I have had them for about 4 years, and I was wondering if it would be safe to put a black light over the tank. I have always used a white florecent light, and I was wanting to know change things up a bit. Is this OK?

I have taken up a new hobby of making brands. I have tried one on my arm and my buddy Dain had me put one on his arm this past weekend. I want to know if anyone has put one on their dog? That way if he gets lost people will know who he is by looking at his side. I will hopefully get this done by tomorrow.

I just bought my daughter a new goldfish for her tank. A 10 gallon with 2 small goldfish and a snail. Water tested fine. Now the new fish is very swollen in the belly so much that the scales on her body are sticking out. The fish lays at the bottom of the tank or when it trys to swim it flips upside down. I fed them some small bloodworms the other day. But I dont think that could have caused this. Is there anything I could give the fish to help? And what might have caused this?

Over 2 months ago a cat had kittens in our yard. Is a common space so one neighbor chased them out another took them in and between her and I we have been taking care of them, gave them a secure place to hide in bad weather and plenty of attention food and water. Suddenly I see her only with one kitten. We want to have her fixed but I am afraid to take her away from the kitten because she has been an excellent mother and is always with him. Will the kitten be OK if we take mom for a couple of days? will he feel abandoned?

I found a lost dog. He was very dirty and matted. He was frightened and tired. I took him in and groomed him, treated him for fleas, fed him. All he wants to do is sit in my lap all the time. He's very sweet but VERY submissive and timid.

This woman called and claimed he was hers. She said he'd only been gone a couple of days but I had had him for 4 days. She said she wanted him back because she paid $500.00 for vet care for a whole year. Another woman called and said she had found this woman's dog wandering the streets before and the woman didn't even know he was missing. She leaves him outside all the time no matter what the weather.

I think this dog has been neglected and possibly abused. Do I have to give the dog back?

This past weekend my horse threw me for the second time.

The first time he got spooked by the tractor and his bucks weren't that bad. I had a good hold on him, but decided to jump off because he was really close to the low over hang of the barn.

But this time was different. I'm not even sure why he bucked. I had him at a trot and kicked him up to a lope and he broke out in bucks! He ran forward and stopped which made me go forward and then he bucked. I lost my left stirrup, causeing me to fall to the right, right next to the barbed wire fence. I tried to pull myself back up, but when I did, I fell. I barley missed the barbed wire.

My neck is pretty banged up, but other than that I'm ok.

My problem is that I have lost all my trust in him. I can't ride him anymore. I'm terrified of him now. I don't know if I should get help regaining trust in him or just get another horse. I'm really not sure.

My boyfriend recently got this big fish tank from a friend, he didnt scrub it before using it though he only rinsed it out with water, the first event that happened was he bought lots of feeder fish for his turtles and desided to keep them in there. The next day they all died. He even used water softner stuff too. Okay so then yesterday he bought three fish not sure what kind but they are small and cute. He wanted to keep them as pets. Well last night they died too. Is it the PH level of the water??
