Sounds like a minor ear infection. If you live in a warmer climate and she has floppy ears it could simply be because of the heat. Go to a pet store and buy a cleaning solution. Wipes also work. A solution works best, pour a small amount into the ear and massage the outside of the lower ear canal. Then use a couple of cotton balls to dry out the ear. If you want to use the wipes, make sure you wipe down inside the ear and any part that looks red.
Like most others said you can take her into the vet, but this is what they will end up doing, it will just cost less to do it yourself. If you feel more comfortable to have it checked out, then take her in.

There is no need to rush the dog to the vet. You need to start regularly cleaning the dogs ears. It is fine to use peroxide and qtips. Thats what the vets do. You can also get an irrigation syringe, it doesn't have a needle but instead a curved plascitc tip. Try gently cleaning the dogs ears for a few days. Just pour a little hydrogen peroxide in one ear at a time., hold the dog and massage the ear a little, then let the dog go to shake its ear out. Might wanna do this outside. My God, people want to run to the doctor just to spend money. Just pay more attention to the dogs ears and pay less to the vet.

Yes, take her to the vet. He will know exactly what is wrong, and so will know exactly how to treat it.

I'd take her to the vet. You don't know what it could be from. Maybe fleas, maybe ear mites...
