My cat Hustler is six months old and he's been great and healthy since day one. But just today i noticed that when i was petting him that i felt a a gooey little whit thing thru my fingers. i found two others and concluded that they were worms of course! ichecked his litter box and found nothing i looked around his bum and again nothing. If it is worms how can i cure it? and howd he get it? he's an indoor cat.

...except worms? I found some weird parasite in his drinking bowl in 3 different occassions. Twice, right after he got dewormed by the vet. The vet warned us that the worms might be coming out in the litter box, but she didn't tell me it could be coming out of his mouth ALIVE! Is it possible? Anyway, it was 3 weeks ago and today I found another one swimming in his water bowl, not the same shape, a little bit bigger than a long grain rice and it's brown in color with legs (ewww!!). I need you to list me the names of all kind of parasites possible so I can look up the pictures online and compare them with that tiny monster.

I'm going to see the vet tomorrow morning and I put the 'worm' in a ziplock bag to show it to her. But I'm really curious as what it could be. Thank you.

1. I just got my 6 weeks old bunny 5 days ago and I want to ask, are ALL bunnies nervous and jumpy? Or is it because she's not used to me yet? What's a good way for her to trust me? Because I just always feel bad when I try to get her outta the cage and she's always running away or struggling... At times she really loves to cuddle and being stroked but then the next when you set her down and try to pet her, she dodges.

2. How do I litter train my rabbit? I just bought these litter training pearls and well she's been eating them the entire time so I had to remove it. X_X

Aggressive to other dogs and some humans, esp when together with her sister, they form a pack.Have tried disciplining her by saying firm NO and pulling on her neck.But this is recurring nightmare as I never know when she will snap at the other dogs or human.This is despite her living for 10 months in pet shelter with plenty of socialisation with other dogs and humans.

Hello all, my 5 year old cockatiel has been acting strange tonight. I noticed he had his beak open and is panting like how he usually will if he is out of his cage flying around the house for a period of time. He seems to twitch on his right leg often as if it is bothering him. Other than this he is still whistling and chatty as ever, he is eating and playing, does anyone have an idea of why he seems to be panting, with his beak opening and flicking his tongue rapidly?

The puppy was given to me and was very quiet. He is now out of control and only 8 weeks old. Is this normal for a bull dog? They eat everything, chew on anything and he has now decided to take on my two 7 year old dogs, one of which is a pitbull/sharpei mix and not so happy about it. Also, bites everyone and everything. What do I do with this dog? Is this something he will grow out of or not?

My Cat has been using the litter box about every 5-7 minutes. (My hubby and I timed her since it has been going on the last 5 days)
After words she drags her butt across the ground then licks it. (Yes I know it sounds likes worms but she is a house cat who has not been outside in over 6 months)

i have to go with the pittbull terrier. despite the rumors they are fun loving dogs, they have all the good characteristics you would want in a dog, like good watchdog, good with children, smart, easy to train, playfull, and loyal.

Well we haven't had a good couple of months. In November last year our pet cat Harry caught, killed and completley ate our pet bird except for one wing. The bird was a wild bird that we rescued and raised from a baby. In the last couple of months Harry has had extremley bad diarrhoea and food has just gone straight through him causing him to lose weight. We thought it was just old age, he was 10, and the fact that he used to get into fights all the time when he was young so maybe he had some damage. Today we had to get Harry put too sleep as in the last three days he had lost alot of weight quickly and had become very lathargic. Now the bird he ate a few months back had a huge pointy beak . He later pooped out a foot but no beak. Could it have done something to his tummy? May it have become lodged or torn his tummy or bowel? The vet could find no reason for his worsening condition. Any help appreciated.

Is it possible to keep just snails in an aquarium? I've kept them with guppies before, but never just by themselves.
Also, what should I feed them? I know they feed on algae, but it doesn't seem to grow very quickly in our 10-gallon aquarium. Should I use a filter, or would that hinder algae growth?
Does the water need to be a specific temperature?
Any advice you can give me would be appreciated. Thanks!! :)
