If you did kill them there is no way to "bring them back to life".
Seamonkeys that my sister had as a kid, never lived very long.

Usually they come with directions that explain this. What you need to do is leave them sit so the water evaporates naturally. When it has dried out you can then add water again and add the solutions as directed. While this doesn't regenerate the dead ones it does help hatch ones that didn't hatch the first time.
