I apologize for going overboard on the exclamation marks, but I wanted to catch someone's attention quickly..
But anyways, my two Pomeranians managed to get around a 4-ounce chocolate pack and eat the whole thing, wrapper and all.
I only realized that they had been snacking on them around a while later, when they had all finished with it. My first Pom is 1 and a half years old, and is 6 and a half pounds - I think that she ate around 2 pieces. My 2nd is 5 months old, and ate around the same, I'm assuming. The latter is only 3 pounds.
At the moment, they're both fine - but I've heard too many scary stories about dogs eating chocolate, so I'm still very worried. I called all of the vets in my neighborhood, and no one has answered so far, and I can't drive myself to one since I'm 12. There's also no adults who can drive me there around at the moment, either.
The type of chocolate was Ferrero Rocher - if that information bit helps any.
But, will they probably be okay? Please help.
