My 2 yr. old Bichon chooses to pee on things such as air purifier, the stove, large trash bag. I have tried to say no and it does not work. He also deficates in house from time to time as well. I have another 2yr. old Bichon in house with him and he is a model citizen.

Is it a male? Is he neutered?
If the answers are "yes" and "no" respectively, I suggest getting him neutered. It sounds like he's marking his territory inside your house.

I have a 8-month old male Bichon. He remembers to go to the bathroom to pee on the newspaper and poop there as well. But when he is playing by himself and gets too excited and caught up in the play, he will forget and then pee and poop on the carpet.

I have got the same problem with my six week old puppy it wants to pee on everything expect its pee pad and I have no clue what to do but a friend says every time it dose pee on a pee pad then give it a treat and if it pees elsewhere then say no bad dog and sit it on the pee pad and say pee here.
