i have a yorkshire terrier (*****) tha i rescued september of last year from a dogs home, the vet tells me she is roughly 7 years old but i do have a aggresion problem with her when out wlking if we come face to face with another dog!.....she will happily walk straight past them if they do not bothere her but if they do thats it she goes straight in and attacks and it can be quite embarressing...its not just other dogs either the window cleaner is petrified of her, he was doing the windows the other day and she managed to get in to the garden to him and he dare not come down from his ladder!...i was trying my hardest to get her in ..chasing her round the garden, eventually i did it....what can i do to stop this behavior??

I own 2 DSHs I got from the pound, and wouldn't trade them for anything, but my favourite breeds are Scottish Fold and Siamese. How about you?

My 6 year old female cat Angel has two small spongy type knots on each side of her stomach. I seen them tonight. I can't really get a good look at them cause she is kind of hateful and always has been when it comes to trying to hold her. I am going to call the vet in the morning but can't seem to find a lot of information on here about what they might be. She is spayed but she did have one litter of kittens when she was about a year old. She has a healthy appetite and is drinking water but she seems to have lost some weight but not a lot. Also, I hope the vet will work with me on the bill cause I am on medical leave from work at the present time but I already owe him from a cat I have there before. I was thinking it may be swollen lymph nodes. I had a cat who had these before on his stomach but hers on in a different spot. They are on each side of her and his was more in the middle. Thanks again.

my friend have goldfish pond in her home, last week her dad gave me 2 goldfish from their pond, they were too big and bright red in color, i bought 3 foot fish tank and some goldfish food from the store and kept them in, its been 4 days now but they are not active, they just stay bottom of the tank, when i feed them they won't eat anything, how long they can survive without eating anything. Does goldfish only live in pond? Should i return those fish to my friend again? whats should i do?

We have the most loving, person oriented cat possible. We've both had other cats but this cat is the best cat either of us have ever had. He is a little over 2 years old, neutered, orange tabby. 98% of the time, he is just a big purr ball of love. However every once in a while he seems to freak out and attack my wife - lunge at her and bite her. He never does that to me. His attacks do not correspond to my wife's monthly cycle in any way. Yet we wonder if because he never attacks me, is this some kind of male/female issue? The only semi-frequent repetitive condition we can tie to these attacks seems to be when she is trying to discipline him and tells him "NO". (Even this frequency is less than 50%.) Sometimes he acts bored and like he doesn't get played with enough. Otherwise, he's a happy cat. Anybody out there - owners or trainers - have any idea on why he attacks her or suggestions on how to handle the situation?

I don’t know what to do. I have tried every thing I know. I let him out twice before I go to bed and I still wake every morning to him peeing on my carpet in the same spot! There are so many different types of cleaners to chose from, I don’t know which one to use! What is the best one to handle the problem and eliminate him going back to his favorite spot?

He's a 14 week old Chihuahua. Currently, he's on Royal Canin Small Bites Junior *12 weeks to 12mths* and I mix that with some VIP Chicken Puppy Roll cut into small squares. I also add some Calcium supplement with Vitamin D to help with the absorption of calcium. However, he's constantly chewing at his feet...I think it could be to do with the kibble. What else would you recommend I feed him? ...I don't have the time to cook for him everynight. And I need something that is good for his health & preferably something that helps with oral hygiene.

Basically, what brand of dry food/kibble would you recommend & why?

I have tried so many products with no luck.
Can anyone tell me a really good fly spray for my horse, either to make or to buy. I need something that lasts several days and repels mosquitos and horse flies.

I have pressed glass marble stones on the bottom of my 20 gallon tank. The little fish cant move the rocks, so alot of food gets down there. Id like a catfish of some sort that will be able to get in there to clean that out, but it cant get too big, or go after the mollies and guppies. Any suggestions?

My cat is fighting for his life tonight, they think he has a virus. He's 3 yrs old and a big boy (10+ pounds)

What are his chances of beating this fever? They gave him antibiotics and something under his skin to rehydrate him. Has anyone ever had a cat with such a high fever? He's only been unwell 3 days tops. I am thinking if he makes it through the night he'll probably be ok, but even the Vet said he wasn't sure he'd make it.....

(Please pray for our beloved Dottie)

We have 2 pugs and as you may know they shed a lot! They sleep with us at night and now our blankets are covered in pug hair. I really can't wash the blankets every day but would like to "brush" or something similar daily and at least get some of the hair off. Any suggestions?
