It's because the kitten is teething. Remember, it is a baby and the new teeth are coming in. It actually helps them relieve some of the pain that comes with it. Give the kitten some thing that's hard and soft with a feather attached to it that he can chase around the house and occasionally chew on. That helped with my little cat.

It's perfectly normal. Kittens bite all the time. He'll outgrow it eventually. My 5 month old kitten is still biting my fingers, knees, feet, elbows...Some of it is because they are teething. My kitten is working on getting his 'big kitty' teeth...molars right now, so he is biting with his back teeth and it hurts sometimes!! Just give him plenty of toys to play with and be patient!!

Just being playful and over excited. Try to only pet and play when you are ready-buy a glove with dagly toys on it from petshop and tell her its' playtime when you wear it. She will grow out of it. Or buy annt nail biting varnish-the kitten won't like the taste so it will be put off that behaviour.

This is normal behavior for a kitten. One of the best ways to keep her from doing this is to make a loud harsh noise whenever she does. Cats tend to be startled by loud noises, and soon she will come to associate the noise and the behavior, and will learn not to do it (or at least not to bite HARD).

All kittens do this. Its a part of their growing up. Dont forget that it is only a baby yet. It is also teething, and they will bite when going through this stage.

It will bite, but it will never bite hard you can train him out of it but i wouldnt its what cats do so why stop them being instinctive, my Mums cat is 3 now and he bites when he plays but he only holds your hand/finger in his very big and sharp teeth

One of my kittens would crawl under the blanket and nip my toes while I was sleeping and I'm so terribly ticklish! Fortunately, he grew out of it, but it took a couple of months...

Just sounds like a really active kitten to me...it'll be calmer as it gets older as long as you don't encourage rough play with more rough play.

It is natural for the kitten to do that.
By the way tell you some jokes:
-Doctor! I have a serious problem, I can never remember what i just said.
-When did you first notice this problem?
-What problem?
One more joke:
A guy calls his vet and says "What should I do with my cat?Vet says "What do you mean? Guy says "I had a leak in my lawnmowers gas tank and the cat drank the gas. Then the cat began to run around and around the yard, climbed a tree. then fell out of the tree stiff. Vet says "Is the cat dead? Guy replies "nope he ran out of gas.
Last of all just want to tell you that whatever you do, just don't give up. Also you must love and care for the people around you. In that way they will also show you the love that you show to them. Just be yourself and happy everyday. Wish you all the best and good luck!!

My kittens did the same thing. They outgrew it, he will too. If it really bothers you find him something to chew on.
