A female bison is a cow. A cow is a female and a bull is a male. Do you mean cross a bison with a bovine? That would be a beefalo.

It's called a beefalo. Buffalo are closely related to cattle and have been successfully crossbred with their domestic cousins to produce a "beefalo."

Beeffalo. No kidding. Higher meat output, leaner meat. Problem is that I think they are sterile so maintaining the progeny is tough.

you get a beefalo. alot of people raise them, i believe they are lower in cholesterol than regular beef
