i am pregnant with my third child i am currently in a 2 bedroom house which the rooms are very small, i can only fit a bunk bed and a chest of draws in the kids bedroom i had to put my 1 and a half year old son on the bottom bunk and his 4 years old brother on the top bunk but my youngest keeps climbing on the top bunk at night and has already fallen once which i had to take him to hospital as he had a nasty bump on his head, dont know where the baby will sleep i can fit the cot in my room but he/she cannot stay in my room forever do you think my doctor or health visitor would write a letter to my council asking for me to be rehoused?

I'm looking for a picnic basket as a birthday present for my mom. It would preferably be a wicker-esque basket with handles and service for four (plates, silverware, etc). I would like for it to be lined with some kind of pretty cloth (gingham or just something nice). I was hoping to spend around $50 total (including tax and shipping) but on amazon and other websites, they all seem to go for close to $100 dollars! Where can I find a cheap but still nice picnic basket? I've checked ebay but didn't find anything for 'buy it now' that would work. I'm in Manhattan so I could even go to a store in the city if I had to.

We are considering switching our convention hot water tank system over to this "new" tankless system. Has anyone had experience with a tankless hot water system in their homes? If so, please share you experience, thanks!
Here is a link to the company's site we are considering if you are interested in checking it out: http://foreverhotwater.com/index.php

First off, what is the price comparison for a chain link fence and a privacy fence? What are some average prices for both? Would you recommend one of those two, or is there another type of fence you prefer? Is it cruel to puppies to not have a fence where they can look out?

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A RENTAL PROPERTY. IT WAS BUILT IN 1926. THERE IS STILL A FRIGDE FROM 1929 IN THERE. IT HAS NO COMPRESSOR AND WAS USED AS STORAGE FOR POTATOES AND STUFF LIKE THAT. DOES ANYONE KNOW THE CURRENT VALUE WITH NO COMPRESSOR? AND WHAT WOULD THE VALUE BE IF I PUT A COMPRESSOR IN? THE APPLIANCE IS IN NEAR PERFECT CONDITION. THANKS

I'm looking to purchase a 1000 SF panelized house by AllPro building system which will be shipped by semi to my state. Certain panels of the house are already pre-assembled in a factory environment, but, I have no idea how long it will take a general contractor/carpenter to assemble or build the real thing on site. Anyone have any ideas? It's a moderately simple design, one floor which will either be slab on grade or sonotube/concrete footing construction.

I have been plagued with a mouse problem since October. I have spent over $150 on this dang thing and I still have a problem with mice in the walls. I seem to have gotten it so they cannot enter my apartment but I hear them clawing the walls. I tried mothballs, my whole apt stinks of mothballs including my clothes and still they won't go. I found a site on the computer that Peppermint Oil works to repel them and that is more pleasant than mothballs but don't want to spend the money if it isn't going to work.

Also, I'm finding it impossible to have everything packed and ready for the movers. Is it realistic to expect to be boxing books and stuff as the mover dudes are clearing out furniture?

Our garage seems to have an endless supply of spiders no matter how often we vacuum and clean it. I know they come from the outside and in some ways are beneficial but I was wondering if there is a product that we can use to control them over a period of time? SPrays seem to only kill them on contact and we have used something called spider ban it alomost killed us too.

I have heard that you are to use no bleach. I put some of the rid-x down there but I was wondering just how that works and what should I do to never have problems with it.
Thanks in advance.

I just bought a really nice wooden cutting board to sit on my counter top. Now I am thinking that it maybe was wasted money, since I really did not need to have one to cut vegetables with. I am wanting anybody's opinion if it is really useful or unnecessary?

Also , can you wash it in the dishwasher safely? It just seems so clumsey .

I have a double swag shower curtain. How do I hang that so when I take a bath I can pull the shower liner all the way to one side and still have the decorative shower curtain in place that is tied on both sides. I don't know if I need two rods to do this, or if you are suppose to hook it some way where you can keep the outside decorative swag in place and pull the liner to one side so I can take a bath.
