I wouldn't do anything. Doing that you'd go down to their level! I hate noisy neighbours, they've got no respect, do they? But if I were you I'd leave with your head up high, you'll feel better for that, believe me!
Good luck with moving! ;-)

Get about 5 ropes that are about 5-10 feet in length. Then go to the animal shelter late at night and there should be some cages outside because people drop off animals in the middle of the night. I know our animal shelter has them. Then pick out about 5 of the loudest most whiniest dogs and put them in your car. Tie the rope around their necks and get a friend to help you tie the dogs to the trees in their yard. If they dont have a yard and you are in an apartmet then very quickly tie them to your noisy neighbors front door knob. Then all night call them complaining about the noise, acting like you are an irate pet owner and you know that they stole your dog. call the police from a pay phone and have them investigate your neighbors. while your at it take all the decorations from the other neighbors yards and put the stuff on the noisy neighbors porch for the dogs to play with then call the cops and tell them they are thieves. Yeah thats good. . .

he he he, that's funny. I should imagine that the ultimate revenge is to have an "annoy the neighbor" moving away party. Invite people you like to attend this event and include somewhere in the invitation that the point of this party is to annoy the neighbors by being as loud as possible. Talk loudly and play your music at a rediculously loud level (don't forget to aim the speakers at your noisey neighbores!) just do something along these lines and I think that justice will be served. Hope the cops don't come!

First, I have to compliment the person who gave the "Play Barry Manilow all night " answer. That is pure evil genius. No offense to Barry Manilow of course
If you invite them all, that would not be sweet revenge because they will only say "Man I used you think you were such a stick in the mud but you are one great dude " while cranking your stereo to the highest the knob will go.
Invite them over but have a childrens piano recital or some child practicing a clarinet., then have Barry Manilow for the rest of the night.

I would leave without doing anything, otherwise they might as well treat you of "annoying neighbours" behind your back and this could ruin your reputation. If you feel like it, perhaps you could even go to their place and say good bye. This would show your extreme politeness, that you care for them, even if they are noisy, and that you are leaving them in good terms, and not keeping a grudge against them.

The morning after a noisy night, turn your speakers to the wall facing them. Put on the most annoying CD that you possess and put it on repeat. Turn up the volume, go to work and leave them helpless with the noise.
Ensure you are home by 7pm to turn it off or you could get into trouble.

I don't really think your neighbours will even hear your loud music, if you chose to play it, as they're so loud anyway. I'd just leave, shake the dust off your feet, and enjoy your new home. Don't let them see you're bothered.

I like the Barry Manilow answer, but really do you want to sink to their level. Maybe "the leave them alone" suggestion is good advice and let God do His job. You never know the script might flip this time and Jade Goody and her mum or the equivalent might really be sent to avenge your years of suffering and "they" become the victims. Although I know it's only human nature to want to meat out punishment yourself please don't succumb!
