some of the cheaper one's, like Sparkle, have less lint and are better for cleaning glass. Bounty is still more absorbent, therefore, it would depend on the application.
I would advise you create different scenarios in which paper towels are used and then test different ones for the applications.

Define "better". Bounty paper towels are stronger and more absorbent, but much more expensive than generics and often have fewer sheets per roll.

Generic paper towels are cheaper, they don't soak up as much liquid, but for my average use I don't need a bounty towel, so its cost effective for me to buy the cheaper towel.

Better only in price not quality. It may take 3 sheets to do what 1 bounty sheet will do.

i always use generic...i wouldnt call it better but at least it is equivilant
