In Maine, stink bugs just show up on the floor, where are they coming from? How do I get rid of them? Help

My sister was here (she lives in NH) one day and called them stink bugs. I have lived in Maine all of my 50yrs and have not seen these before our temp is always changing. How do these stink bugs get into my home? How can I check where they are coming from? When I see one on the floor I can just grab a paper towel and pick them up, so they don’t run and hide, they just sit there until I pick them up. But where the heck are they coming from? What do they eat? How do they get into my house? They are awful looking with a flat body and skinny legs w/long thinks coming from there head, when you do kill one they stink so bad. Help with the stink bug problem in Maine. I have never seen them until this winter season?

For instance, if my address is 123 Sesame Street, how can I make a legal address for the garage to be 123 1/2 Sesame Street or 123-A Sesame Street, etc.?

Is there anything that I can do about the helicopters that circle around my neighborhood so frequently? They often fly low. It seems that every neighborhood I move to ends up with them circling above at least once a week, usually at night. My city has a noise ordinance (from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.), but for some reason, the copters are allowed to fly even during those "quiet hours".

I've had mine for about 9 years and it's not as fluffy as it used to....is it due to age? or perhaps I should spend $40 and take it to the dry cleaners??? also, what's a good brand to buy? thanks for your advice.

I'm on the east coast and trying to sell my Proform treadmill on Ebay because i'm moving and this is the only big thing I need to get rid of. How much will I be looking at paying in shipping and handling costs if someone came to my apartment and picked it up and took it to the buyer's location. Say, the otherside of the US.

Shopping around for a new queen or full size mattress.
Coil, Sleep number or visco latex (temperpedic)

Coil is the worst for putting pressure points on the body
air beds could break down and I heard that after a while
temperpedic can break down too. visco-latex costs
about $3,000.
Does anyone have a visco-latex bed the one developed
by NASA and is it really worth the money????? THX

I'd like to have a go at designing my own property, for fun mostly.
Is there a design program I could download free from the internet?

My neighbour, a retired lady, has a large Lemon Scented Gum that is 35 years old in her front yard. The tree is lovely (I love trees generally) but this one is huge and is on a lean of about 30 degrees and overhangs my house.

This particular type of gum drops branches to self prune regularly - one last week speared 2 feet into the ground in my garden when it fell. Had I have been gardening there I would have become a human shish kebab.

We have mentioned we would like it removed but she doesnt want to and as it is on private property the Local Council wont help.

Im worried it is going to kill one of my family and/or crush the house.

What should I do - is there any action I can take or do I have to live in its shadow???
