Try your local restaurants. they will probably be wanting to promote organic local produce.

Habaneros are slow starters, but even full grown plants are smallish compared to other types of peppers. They have a more sprawling habit, sorta like tepin peppers. It should take off a week after you put it in its permanent home. You can try rooting hormone to help usher it along.

Try your local farmers market. If you don't have enough of a market to rent a space maybe double up with someone who is already there splitting the proceeds with them.
