What does a panelized house cost to build?

Question

I'm looking to purchase a 1000 SF panelized house by AllPro building system which will be shipped by semi to my state. Certain panels of the house are already pre-assembled in a factory environment, but, I have no idea how long it will take a general contractor/carpenter to assemble or build the real thing on site. Anyone have any ideas? It's a moderately simple design, one floor which will either be slab on grade or sonotube/concrete footing construction.
