Hi everyone. I'm looking for some sort of tile adhesive to create a coating in a cylindrical tank (it's for an experiment). The thing is, this sort of adhesive must be removable as I don't want to ruin the tank. I was told by a friend that there is some sort of tile adhesive you can take off (dissolve) with hot water. Do you know the brand or name of this product? Do you know any similar product? Clay won't work because, if it dries, it gets way too hard to be taken off. If it doesn't dry, it washes off very easily with simple water. Any ideas? Suggestions? Cheers!

Was replacing some light switches and plug sockets in the weekend an the only one which puzzled me was the double light switch for the kitchen light and the outside light.

The switch is made up of 2 MK Grid switches, one for the kitchen light so that is fine, just the usual wires and one for the outside light which has four holes.

These are 2 for supply and 2 for load and an earth. However the switch I bought only has the usual three holes. Any idea how to wire this up? There is 2 live and 2 neutral wires currently.

Any help would be appreciated.

We are building a maze for Halloween in our backyard. We've decided to use painter's plastic sheeting as walls since it's only temporary, but tall. But we are having trouble coming up with a suitable way to support them. We originally thought anchoring pvc pipes into the lawn and taping them to the sheeting would work, but it has turned out to be unsuccessful and costly. Any ideas? Some kind of tall stakes? They need to be at least 6ft tall in ground and cost effective. Help!! Thanks!

I just retiled my bathroom floor and the flange sits well below the new tiles.

Will flange extensions, also known as spacers, work?

Are they stackable?

Self sealing?

Are they mounted below or on top of the flange?

Thanks!

It looks as though the mattress fits right into where the seat cusions would normally go...so you can use the couch back and arms to lounge into while reading in bed.

There is a group of fruitflies that will not leave my life. They keep reappearing even though I thought I found all the standing water. I don't have fruit lying around either. What's the deal & how do I rid myself of them?

im guessing something is clogged. what can i buy to fix this? an auger wont work because the way the sink is, you cant put anything non-liquid down there. it goes down very very slow. toilet water rises after flushing but wont go down all the way. its like something is holding it back from going down.

I have caught five mice in my attic in the last two months. I use a humane trap, drive a couple of miles away and release them. What I would really like to know is how they get up there, Its a fairly new detatched bungalow and the only way that I can figure is that they can climb an eight foot high vertical wall, is this possible? I would`nt mind them so much but they are eating me bleedin water pipe insulation, its a real mess up there. Mountaineering Mice?
