I don't have a link but to begin; even a chicken wire form will help. Conifer branches; and whatever other decorations embellishments you choose will add to whatever your notion is for decorating.
Hopefully this endeavor is being undertaken with some note of regard; respect; and not strictly for profit. The TASK itself is an easy one.

Chicken wire the size of grave. Real or artificial Pine, Fir,etc. Plastic ties.
Use plastic ties to attach greenery, when that is covered, decorate with anything that can be attached with the plastic ties.
If you are making this for repeated use, be sure to pick up after the holiday is over.
