I want to use some guys to help me. Not professionals.

Is there some kind of dollies or lifting straps to make it easier?

Yep, you want a piano dolly... its a small cart built to move pianos and other heavy objects. You can find them at most truck rental places, like U-Haul, or Ryder... or at some rental stores (like where you would find party supplies, or tool rentals)

If you want to spend a few bucks, you can put one together. You will want heavy duty casters, and sturdy lumber... mine is built of oak lumber with steel casters, and a layer of rubber for padding on top.

If your piano is very large... get 2 dollies... put one under each end, and it will be less likely to tip over.
Been there Done that, lol

You can use dollies and lifting straps but if you don't have them get an old blanket and gently put it under the piano and then just pull the edges of the blanket along the floor to where you want to move the piano.
