I have a fender stratocaster that I have had for a while and a few years ago I changed the pickups to seymour duncans (hot rails, vintage rails, cool rails) and I had much better sound for a while.

A few months ago the guitar started humming when the distortion is on (at every switch position). I used standard wiring and I rechecked it and everything seems to be ok. The only thing I really changed was I moved the ground plate when I put in a new bridge, but I had done that at least a year before I started having this problem. I do know that the humming stops if I touch the tone controls (the metal pegs under the dial).

If anyone knows about guitar wiring let me know what you think this could be and how it could be fixed.

The plywood is first wrapped in batting to give it softness and the batting is stapled to the board. Then the cloth is wrapped. The valances would be approximately two different sizes: 1) 7 feet long by 18 inches deep to go over a sliding glass door, and 2) 3 feet by 18 inches for two smaller windows.

We just had an add on framed in, and I am worried about the CO2 seaping up into the bedroom through the floor and where it hooked onto the house. IT was just attached to the side of the house. I have thought about sheet plastic, but how do I seal where it is against the wall? Do I use that spray foam? We could not afford the builder to compete the job.

i just bougt a new oven and changed it over to propane, but when i lit the pilots and tuned it on for a bit my co detector went off. is this just from it being new and it needs to run for a bit to get broke in or is something wrong?

I've looked at a few sites. They don't offer any decent patterns. I'd like to make a beaded curtain with a cute pattern on it for my boyfriend, as one of those silly gifts. I don't have a credit card, either, so buying one online is not an option at the moment. I'm sure there are some free online patterns out there somewhere... I just can't find them.
:(
Any help would be appreciated.
