Last year I successfully Managed to remove my left index finger and graft it back on again, so I thought that this year I would try something a bit more adventurous. I talked a friend into letting me remove his leg, and now I can't get it to go back on properly as his body keeps rejecting it. I have tried to calm him down, but he say's that he dosen't want to be my friend anymore. What should I do?

1. Is slab pour back considered "structural work" ?

2. The store I am renting started as a shell. The floor was dirt, with a small amount of concrete along the backwall. My general contractor had this strip of concrete cut out, and then built my concrete floor on top of the dirt. What type of floor is this, technically? Is it a Slab on Grade foundation? The main thing I want to find out is if the floor I paid to put in is considered the "foundation". Like I said, when I first gained access to my space, it only had a dirt floor.

Your help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have a two family apartment. The second floor is heated by a ventless gas heater. The people on the first floor, who use a steam furnace believe their high heat bill is because the heat is rising through the floors. The second floor is wall to wall carpeted and the first floor has drop ceilings. Is this really making a big difference to the first floor heating bills.

The seams of the laminate are beginning to raise slightly and I want to know if polyurathane can be applied to the entire laminate floor without causing future damage or wear problems. Could this cause a moisture problem under the laminate? Thanks for any GOOD advice from anyone with laminate floor experience.
