I live in a townhouse & our next door neighbor is a heavy smoker. Somehow even with windows closed, the smell from their room manage to get in my closet and bedroom. I hate that my clothes smell like cigarette and I dont smoke and allergic to smoke. Aside from running the air purifier in the bedroom, I need some tips on how to keep my closet from smelling like cigarette smoke. Thanks!

Anyone tried those blue, spiky dryer balls? Do they really work to remove static and soften the fabrics in the dryer?

I have a switch that switches 2 pendant lights over the sink. There is also a traveler in the box for another switch. I have the hot marked but how do I know which of the 2 others should go with it? Please don't ask me to call a pro. All 3 wires are black.

im wondering what happens when u tumble dry the clothes when the label tells you not to.
it's getting irritating having to find places to hang up all my clothes in my halls when it'll be so much easier to just tumble dry them..

I have several Japanese maple trees, and I have a couple of them that still need to be transplanted into larger pots. I need pots that are atleast 24" x 36" in measure.

It's got soap in it, and it won't shut. Should I run the dishwasher with the door open and just have a lot of soap at one time? Or anything else?

It's got a 4 inch diameter exhaust with a 3 inch hole in the wall. It's connected to the wall via a fashioned metal funnel and some flexible metal tubing.

I know that the exhaust probably can help get moisture away faster, but I feel like it doesnt get hot enough. I used a digital thermometer along with the shoe-drying rack to test how hot the dryer got on HIGH, and it made it up to 114 degrees F in about 15 minutes.

I definitely hear the internal furnace turning on.

This is a new sears kenmore dryer.

Will it eventually fall or just crumble? The holes are odd shaped and are about two inches in diameter. Above it is a leak in the drop ceiling and four of the tiles are missing. The air is coming in but it doesn't rain much where I live. Can this be knocked down completely or does it have to be replastered? What is the cost?
