On a cushion seal it with clear nail polish so it does not grow and flip the cushion. If it is on the arm seal it and get matching pillows. If you cant hide it, get a couch cover. Quit smoking its terrible for your health and hard on the furniture

Not really. Perhaps taking a piece of material from behind the couch and 'sewing' it in over/under the burn mark? Good luck.

nope. sewing is easy and quick, but it is a patch. If it is on the arm, place a cloth over it. If it is on the cushion, turn it over.
