I had a furnace put in like three weeks ago but it seems like it runs all the time and I dont think it is big enough for our house, I know it isent big enought for our house. And it dosent even blow hot air, So are they refundable

its the heating company's job to size the furnace for your house, if he/she undersized the furnace, they didnt do their job properly, call back and complain. good luck

Did you have a furnace installed or a heat pump? A heat pump will only blow slightly warm air and may run for a few hours before turning off. Make sure they hooked up the ventilation and it is still attached to your system.

If you specified the size of the furnace and they put in what you asked for no. If you asked them, put in a furnace that will heat my house then yes - but it will probably not be a cash refund. They will probably install something larger and make you pay the difference. Talk to your homeowners insurance

You can contact a heating contractor and have him do a heat loss calculation for your house. That will tell you what size furnace you should have....The contractor who did the job should be contacted first and ask him whats up. It sounds to me that the unit is of insufficient size...An hvac contractor would charge you about $100 for a heat loss...If the installer used too small a unit then he should replace it. If he does not contact the Building Inspector and the Attorney General for help..They can advise you...
