I use it on everything and it really really works. But when my car started on fire I got really confused, what happend?

Duct tape is great for a cheap fix, but when you involve heat.....ouch.....did you really start your car on fire????Do you not use a mechanic or do-it-yourself CAR PARTS??? Sorry, Have to recommend a professional when it comes to expensive items!

Duct tape is really the best thing ever. Where I live it is called "100 mile and hour tape" because when they get a stock of it in the store at our mining company, it disappears at 100 miles an hour. It is so good that everyone takes it home and all the new stock has disappeared in an hour. It can be used for almost anything (except car repairs)

yes, duct tape is the Best thing ever, i even had to use it as a belt once at work to hold my pants up. I am sure that duct tape can fix your vehicle, you may have just put it in the wrong place.

I built a bushing for an AMG out of a cowboy sex novel and coated it with duct tape to keep the exhaust form burning through. Best use for both!

As a maintenance supervisor i shy away from duct tape because it is a temperary fix and looks bad.Duct tape has its needs for certain repairs but fixing back the way it was before makes a good clean repair

I keep a roll on my work bench, but very seldom use it. Its fine for a quick tempory fix, maybe. I have found its much better to do the job right, when I attempt to jerry rig it usually comes apart when I am in a hurry and don`t have the time to do it over.
I sure you know the old story, I didn`t have time to fix it right the first time but I always have time to do it over.
