One of my clients wanted her hair color from brown to red.....
did that no problem. Now she wants to go from red to blonde.
Have an idea how to do that but want some opinions for
the safest, easiest as well as a gentle way to achieve the blonde
color. Thanks!!

The top has been somewhat neglected over the past year. I have cleaned it thoroughly and also used Weiman's cleaning cream but it is still discolored. There is nothing that I can feel on the surface. It just seems to be discolored. I don't know if it makes any difference, but the cook top is black. Any other suggestions?

I am an electrician. I work both indoors and out. I need a good, comfortable, long lasting, work boot for under $120. I had a pair of Mason's but being outside wore the soul quickly.

I am looking into buying a water filter for kitchen tap. I gather you can put a system under the sink and run a separate tap.

Has anyone ever used such a system successfully? Or unsuccessfully for tht matter?

Is there a way I can try before I buy?

Thanks.

Hello!!

I have a big problem (kind of!)

I'm in the process of painting my bathroom (a light green)

anddddd....I'm not the best painter in the world.

I kind of did a really sloppy job, and got paint all over the woodwork (trim) and all over the vinyl floors, and countertops.

Can someone tell me how to get it off of these surfaces?

THe stains are a couple of days old. I've been trying to get them out forever.

Please name some products in which I can use..and where I can purchase these.

Thanks so much!!!!

The limb is the lowest limb on a probably 10 year old maple tree. It is broken probably 10-12 inches into the trunk going down. The tree is probably 18 inches around. I have a picture http://photos1.blogger.com/x/blogger/5613/148/1600/782841/ice1.jpg

It is such a pretty tree. Can it be saved?

My husband and I just bought a 120 year old house. We put up the ucky carpet and there are hardwoods all over the house, but they need refinishing. My husband wants to put down carpet because he said the house will be too cold and hard to heat with the wood floors. I want to refinish them because (1) they would be beautiful and (2) much easier to keep clean with kids and 2 small pets. and ive heard they cut down alot on spiders in the house. We would have to refinish them ourselves, we cant afford to hire it done, but I think it would be alot cheaper than carpeting the whole house and not much difference on the gas bill. what do you all think? thanks in advance!@

I have a tree ( well more like a large bush) but the trunk is probably about 10 inches across and when it was planted it was a twig but now it is quite thick and only about 12 inches away from my house. Its been there for about 12 years & I am worried that if it continues growing that it could damage the house. It would be a big job to try& dig it out and I was going to saw it down leaving a stump just above ground level , maybe bore a load of holes in it & poison it with something ?! Any ideas what to use that would do the job but not harm the ground or cats/dogs/kids?
