I knew someone with this problem.The lint trap was clogged way deep inside.Try checking it and the vent.

check the switch on the top of the dryer and see if it is set to 'air fluff', this is not a heating cycle, if it is. next, a dryer needs 120 volts to run, 240 volt to heat the element. if you have fuses, there will be 2) 30 amp cartridge type fuses in a fuse holder. replace them both, they are less then $5.00. if you have circuit breakers, flip both switches off, then back on. f this doesn't do it get a repairman. good luck, hope this helps you fix it.

Probally the heat coils behind the tumbler went bad try putting it on with the door open holding your finger on the button that is their for when the door is closed and watch if the coils behind the tumbler turn red if not you have to remove the tumbler abd replace the coils they are about 35.00 and dont forget to unplug the dryer before you service it good luck

yes. there are 3 or 4 of them in the back of the unit. of course it could be the heating element too.

there are 1-3 thermostat and the fuse. plus it could be in the timer,temp.selector or gas valve. go to repairclinic.com its a good site.
