I have a bunch of pictures that I want to decorate with. I want to do this in a neat way though, not just in picture frames. Does anybody have any ideas on how to do this??? Ex. glass coffee table with pictures on underside.

I've got a bunch of pictures of family that I want to put up in a creative way without using picture frames. They are going in a small room off the kitchen that everyone can see but isn't a main room of the house. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Target has photo frames that look like window panes. i'm not a big fan of picture frames, and I bought these for my living room. Also, if you wanted to venture into other areas of the house, you can scan the pics and make iron-on transfers. You could then make shower curtains, wall quilts, etc. Also, don't forget about shadowboxes.

A couple of years ago, I made gifts for my sisters. I used old windows and put collages of pictures in each pane. I used scrapbooking supplies as the background. These were very inexepensive and easy to make and were a loved by all.

If you are interested, I can email you a pic of one and let you see what I am talking about. I got these windows at a yard sale for .25 each. Others came from a thrift store and the best were found on junk day for FREE!!!!!!!! I also have a table in the living room. It is a table w/a glass removable tray. (its old). I have pics under the glass along with sheet music and old hankerchiefs. I get a lot of compliments on it.

I made about 7 for family members; I never got around to making one for myself...maybe I need to do that this winter.

How about making a sort of "collage" and then covering it with plexiglass? Or you could make several of them to make it even more appealing~~ different shapes & sizes. If you would like it so that you could swap out the pictures from time to time, you could always cover a piece of foam-board with a room coordinating fabric, and run ribbon diagonally~both ways~ and tuck them in..or just use push pins. I liked your table idea too!
Good Luck!

If you want to decorate a wall and don't want to pound 100s of nails into the wall then make yourself templets of newspaper first. Make each templet the size of your picture. You then can use scotch tape and tape all the shapes to the wall until you find the right lay out. Try it as it is fun.

How about one of those folding photo screens that have pockets in them for pictures?
