am not in to it,but the end of my garden floods up to 3 or 4 in,when its raining,

is there nowhere for the water to run ? you could dig a soak -away by digging a deep hole & filling it with reject stone or whatever you can get your hands on , you don't need to go to building regs of 1 metre sq! but by doing this would allow the water to drain a little, if the ground is clay then that holds the water
