Is that true? The basement is just as large as the 1st floor. About 1000 square feet.

I was at a New Year's party and someone bumped into me, spilling a red wine I was drinking onto the cuff of my white button down shirt. Luckily it didn't get many other places aside from a drop on the front of the shirt.

Has anyone used this Spray to get rid of static electricity issues? I was at Target the other day and was about to buy it, but I want to be sure that it really works. Thanks.

My little sister opened up four bottles of fingernail polish on my carpet. My capret color is kind of manilla (sp?) and it is the light kind. So i can't use bleach or nail polish remover because bleach will stain and nailpolish remover doesn't work. Please help me. Oh and if you recommend a product please tell me where I can get it. Thanks in advance!

My brother and I argued about this as i mixed cold water with the hot water as we were washing in the sink. I said it doesn't sanitize unless its boiling which obviously water from a sink is not. Who is right?

I followed the suppliers start method to a T but when I planted them in the pots, only a few straggly ones grew then died. Can I not just plant them directly from the fridge into soil in a small sprouter?

I would like to replant our Christmas tree on my fathers farm. It may not be possible because it obviously lacks roots but I would like to try.

I don't want to scratch the metal using a knife on the outside, and the holes for candles are too small to fit a knife in. Tried wooden toothpicks, but not strong enough. I can't put it in the microwave because of the metal. Any other suggestions?

Do wall ovens come in 120 voltes. I have one single 240 outlet, were my old one unit range-oven was. It appears that seperate cooktops and ovens need their own, seperate outlets.

Also, do wall ovens need venting to the outside, as a cooktop does.

Thanks for your answer.

I have heard that most homes on Long Island burn oil for winter heat. I assume that they also have electric appliances and water heaters, etc, rather than natural gas. Anyone know? Thanks

I am considering purchasing a house, built in the 1920's, that currently has plumbing problems. When multiple people are occupying the house the plumbing backs up severely and cannot be used.

I believe there are roots growing into the plumbing, and this has probably been going on for some time now. If the roots actually need to be mechanically removed and/or the pipes replaced, how much does this typically cost?
