Try Ikea. Cheap, stylish, comes in a box.

They're online, might be www.ikea.com, but not sure.

Wal Mart has a huge selection of ready to assemble furniture.

But personally, I prefer scouring the thrift stores. You can get a much higher quality piece of furniture for less money. You can get pieces that will last you a lifetime. That ready to assemble particle board stuff will fall apart after a few moves to new apartments.

When I started out in my first non furnished apartment. I went to places like Goodwill and bought furniture and other items. You can also search the local newspaper classified ads for bargains. Yard Sales. Tell friends and family you need furniture. Someone always has something they've been hanging onto for this reason.
There is also a Yahoo group called Freecycle where people post things they no longer want. Check to see if there is a group in your area and join it. You'd be surprised what is out there for the taking!!

Walmart has a pretty decent selection of affordable home furniture. Picked up a nice Entertainment Center for my wife. She was very pleased with my choice!

Ikea, if you want new stuff. Second-hand stores in your area if you want a more eclectic look.

IKEA- their stuff is great. Shipping can be expensive, but if you live close to one you can pick it up yourself.
