Has anyone used this Spray to get rid of static electricity issues? I was at Target the other day and was about to buy it, but I want to be sure that it really works. Thanks.

Follow up to Peachy's answer. Can anyone else confirm that it smells bad?

I used to buy it when I used to have a horrible problem with static that would cling my skirt to my legs and my skirt would actually stick to my butt and almost show booty!!! So, after an embarrasing situation, I bought some static guard and it worked so well that I never left home with out spraying some on my clothing. However, this was many years ago, hopefully they have only improved the product if any changes have been made. I think its definately worth it!!!

The best way to get rid of static electricity is to stop what is causing it. Be sure to use fabric softener in the washer and put a dryer sheet in the dryer. Also get a good quality humidifier and keep it running. You need to put moisture back into the air.

works great, smells bad

I keep a small can in my desk drawer for drastic emergencies

I'll tell you a secret though, unscented hair spray in the aerosol can, a cheap-y like White Rain or something does the same trick and doesn't smell quite so awful...

It does work - but I would rather used a fabric softener on my puter screen and the tv. You can also rub the sheet on your clothes or hair

Yes it works. It has an awful smell, though.
