I have been bit several times by little black ants in my house and everytime I get bit I have a sore from where they broke the skin. I have used Protien and sweet baits. Both recomended baits and neither of them work! A microwave does not even kill them. What can I use?

On the show "Sell this House" they provide estimates of each room after they fix it up to get it ready to show...those estimates seem REALLY low to me. Does anyone know what they are basing it on? For example, when they paint a room and rearrange furniture, are they only calculating the cost of paint, and not calculating in the other items needed, like tarp, brushes, pans, etc.?

The house was built in the 1920's! Can you tell how old the wiring is by the colour of the wires leading from the main fuse box! Or is there another other way to tell the age of wiring?

I have one, but I've always been scared to death of electricity. I know that in this case though if I can be informed as to which setting to use, and what my meter should read at that setting, that my meter should be able to handle the power without exploding in my hand right? lol
Any help would be great!
Thanx!
