I am not sure about mold. but when I had my housefire my dry cleaner told me to use "Murphy's Oil" soap. Put it on a clean rag and wipe. He also told me it is a good way to "oil" your leather. I hate mold and hope you find a way to get rid of it.

Leather needs a specialist mold killer. This will kill the spores and prevent it from returning. Normal cleaning products will not do this.
