I am 24 years old, I am in a healthy weight range, I do not smoke or have high blood pressure or cholesterol and every single time I work out on the treadmill I get sharp pains in the left side of my chest that almost always radiates to my arm and neck. The pain starts about 7 minutes in and is located near the bottom of my rib cage. The pains do go away almost immediately after my workout. I have not called or seen my doctor about it yet. Can anyone relate or tell me what they think it is????

His arm has a lot of pain and the doctors can't figure out why . He has seen doctors, chiropractors, and has had two carpal tunnel surgeries, but the pain still persists. What is your opinion of the problem. He has smoked nearly all his life. Does that have any bearing on the problem? He always wears a glove on his hand, even when it is warm.

The pain has been there since i had my last child 4 months ago. its more so on my right side but here lately has spread to both sides. usually it only really hurts while im sleeping no matter what position i am in. I have in the past had kidney stones and i know the pain in sorta in that area but its starting to concern me. I can't sleep in my bed anymore and the couch where at one time would help with it, isn't helping anymore. i wake about every 4 hours and litterally can't move and take meds just to go back to sleep. also i had a epidural with my last child. and also lugging the baby carrier around everywhere i go usually carrying with my right hand. anyone have problems with mid back? or any suggestions before i fork out tons of money for MRI's and things like that? ive considered maybe a chiropractor thought it could be a pinched nerve. thanks so much!!

Recently, since about a month ago, I've been having chest pains that last about 2-3 seconds and then go away. I get these pains nearly every 2-3 days or so. At first I thought you get them now and then but I keep getting them every couple of days. They're really short but pretty sharp pains in my chest. Is there anything to worry about? Btw , I'm 18 years old and I don't drink OR smoke.

I started phys. ther. last week, and it seems to be worse. Is it just because of the stretching? Is it normal? I'm getting stir crazy, and I want to get back to work, but it is sore as hell when I try to lift anything.. Moving it around is fine, but I can't put any strain on it yet. The phys. ther. said that I should be fine in 2 weeks, but I'm not so sure..

I have a small pain that comes and goes. I barely notice it but the pain is there. I have been told kidney stones, appendicitis. But usually those hurt a lot and all I feel is a slight pain that comes and goes. I am afraid it may be my kidney but I am only 26 years old.

I don't have insurance currently as I recently quit my job to go back to school. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I don't know if I actually have shin splints or not, but whenever I get back from ballet mys shins hurt a lot and I can't seem to stretch them or anything and so I'm not sure if that's shin splints or something else. And I never dance straight on cement... also what do I do to treat them?

i broke a small bone in my hand and its in a hard cast...its been in the cast for about 3 weeks and i know that its normal to have some pain on and off in the area of the break as it heals...it seems as though the pain has gotten more frequent, however, this week, which also happened to be the weekend i had my menstrual cycle....since this sometimes causes bloating/swelling in the extremeties, is it possible that perhaps the extra pain in my hand is caused by swelling in the hand that is putting pressure on the break, or is the flaring up of pain normal, or am i just being paranoid?

:-)

it hurts ot breath, sleep and walk most of the time and is consistant. The reason i have not gone ot the hospital or doctor is the closest one is almost 45 minutes away and the clinic here is only open 2 days a week. I do not htink it is life threatening but i was wondering if anyone else has had this and could provide me with something i can do. I am not on any medication and everything else seems normal.

I hurt my back a few weeks ago. It was a strain. It now acts like Sciatica. How should I treat it?

And if so did you have surgery to get them removed? Or is there any other way to get them removed? I have hear of Shock therapy, but also heard of side effects to that. I have had them for about 15 years and the pain is just getting to be to much. Any help would be great.
Thanks
