I was having really bad muscle and joint pain at the end of last year. I was so desperate to make it go away I almost ordered the muscle pain spray.

For Christmas my nephew bought me a light massager that you see on TV. I thought it was going to be a piece of junk, but I am having very little pain after using it for just a few minutes each day for a month.

It is kind of expensive, but I would pay $80 to get rid of pain. One of the best gifts I ever got.
