While taking Tylenol PM, you are taking acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine, which is the generic name of Benadryl.
The maximum daily limit of acetaminophen is 4g, or 4000mg. If taken over an extended period of time, this can damage the liver.
Extensive aspirin intake can cause coagulation problems in the blood.
Never take alcohol with any medication-the side effects can be increased by the alcohol.

Tylenol PM is only damaging to your liver if you take too much of it at once. Just the same with Benadryl. Aspirin I don't know about.

Tylenol is hard on the liver if you take over a long period of time. They can be worse than alcohol. And the combination of the two is really bad on your liver. Aspirin, in low doses(81mg daily) is pretty safe. If aspirin is taken a lot it can be hard on your stomach. Benadryl is mainy for allergies. If taken as directed, it is fairly safe.

Hard to imagine she has lasted 6 months at that dosage. Most likely she is forming an ulcer, possible kidney stones, and possible liver damage, but the ulcer will come first, more than likely. If she needs sleep that badly she should get a sleeping pill from a doctor. Like yesterday.

They say there is a threshold, and if you stay below that there is no damage. I doubt it. There might be a safe dose, but when you are dealing with totally alien molecules, I doubt it. Aspirin is a blood thinner, and might cause internal bleeding. It is a more "natural" compound. It is found in willow bark.
