You need to see a doctor now, any pressure could mean bleeding or a rupture. When I had my car accident they found a major concussion, which caused bruising, I felt nothing. The brain is to precious to wait on.

what dr did you see that didn't automatically have a ct scan done of your head and also your entire spinal cord region (T,C and L-spine)?!!!

i work in trauma icu and in the trauma room at a large hospital in my city and ANY time a person comes in from an accident (especially a pedestrian vs. car), they are given all of those scans plus x-rays.

you need to report to an emergency room or urgent care asap-do NOT drive yourself. if there isn't anyone to take you-pls call 911 the type of injury you sustained in addition to your symptoms is considered an emergency.

headache, pressure and dizziness are major symptoms of a serious head injury. it COULD be a small bleed inside your brain. sometimes these cause excessive pressure inside your skull which can cause the severe headaches.

do not take any medication for the pain. if you DO have a bleed-the medication could make it worse b/c most pain medications thin your blood.

i cannot tell you exactly what you have w/out seeing x-rays and test results. but based off of your symptoms-you really do need to seek medical attention asap!!!

Caty, you definetly need to see a doctor soon.

Some effects of injuries do not show up in the first day or two. Some show up after a few days have passed.

If the first doctor you see does not help, then go for a second opinion. Talking to us is a good first step... but most of us are not professionals..

Please see a doctor soon. Goto an emergency room if you really have to.

Head injuries are nothing to fool around with.

Not trying to scare you, just trying to help.

acetominaphen or Tylenol for pain til you can see a Dr. It's about the safest non-aspirin or non-NSAID that I can think of.

See a good lawyer you need to get checked completely, 20 days is not too late, or early you did give enough time to see if it was something that goes away.

It is not going to go away and the treatment can be expensive so do it as soon as you can.

Go to another doctor. Have whole body MRI done and soon.

You should consult a Nuro surgeon urgently. If required, you better go for a CT scan or MRI done. Do not delay. Ssome nerve must have got damaged or some thing might have damaged in the skull. It is better to get the proper investigation done.

You need to see a doc tomorrow and get checked out. Sounds like you have more injuries from the accident than you thought.

No it may not be a brain injury. If it persists go and tell your doctor your worst fears. This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. I You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

Yoga and pranayam can be tried to get rid of the nagging headache. Instead of going to a doctor you can try the simple pranayams and yoga for a permanent cure. Though the cure is not immediate and you will have to be patient to get the benefit.
