I hurt my back a few weeks ago. It was a strain. It now acts like Sciatica. How should I treat it?

Go to a chiropractor and find out why you are having sciatica like symptoms. Without knowing what is causing it you can't hope to treat it accurately.

It could be a disc bulge, protrusion, pyriformis syndrome or any other number of things.

During an actual flareup, move as little as possible.

Try not to catch a cold or become constipated. Trust me.

Pilates and an exercise ball definitely helps to prevent flareups.
