i'm not sure how common this back problem is - i know a gal at work has it too, so. it's getting worse. i was supposed to start physical therapy for it last year, but i had a lot of things going on and never got around to it.
one of my vertebres (sorry for spelling) in my lower back is slightly turned/crooked. it affects all of my surrounding muscles in my lower back and even around my hips and into my ab muscles EVERY DAY. i've had this pain for atleast 4 - 5 years now. it hurts when i stand or sit for a long time, or to bend over. it mostly hurts when i lay down! i know i will not be able to sleep on my back or stomach very much longer now... i'm almost 3 months pregnant. it hurts the worse sleeping on my side. i have neck aches too that i am unsure if it's related. i can NOT get comfortable. i've tried a pillow between my legs but it doesn't work. i wake up in terrible pain probably all the way up there to an 8/9 on a 1-10 scale.

anyone else have the same problem? or suggestions?

There may be a chance I could be pregnant. If so, this will be my 2nd child. My nipples...just my nipples are sore! I have suffered from heartburn with my first child and last night I woke up with heartburn.

Now I would like to know your lower tummy just above your pantyline...is this area to be puffy or sorta harding?

This sounds pretty weird that I don't remember just 6 years ago with my son????

I was diagnosed as myofacial pain, then by physio as wad 2 . I have medication called celebrex 200 mg. I am in constant pain and am very frustrated. I went to the doctor due to extreme pain. i almost received "no work" Paperwork and had to convince doc that I do feel batter to move than to sit. I have pain in my neck, arms, numb fingers, low back , hips and really sore legs. I tried to solve the problem on my own by doubling the dosage of my medication. It did not help at all. Is there something that I can take that may be better? I tried to get x rays to see what may be worse wrong did not work. Neither did asking for a chiro since they have to x ray before ... Insurance pays physio lump sum to get me back in shape, I have to wait until they use that money up before I can proceed to any other treatment, I think thats dumb.

Quite often, I have pain in my back right by one of my shoulderblades. It happens on either side and it can be pretty painful to move and I can't get comfortable. My question is: what exercises or stretches could I do so that I can stop this from happening so much?

My legs are aching in the evenings(knees) By morning I am back to normalcy. I do walk, but not so much as to get leg pain. I am nearing 40 and not very hefty.

I have a lot of problems I am dealing with best as I can,
caused by other "people" & I therefore suffer a lot of tension headaches.
Rather than live on Nurofen, is there a technique I can use myself to massage my head which will relieve the tension?

Ive been suffering for sometime with a severe pain in my right elbow/tendon. Having tried various treatments from my GP, I have been now been advised to attend an Acupuncture Clinic. I had the first one yesterday and wonder what the chances of success may be and how long I should wait before seeing any benefit?

I had open carpal tunnel surgery on both hands, My right hand in Dec.2002 and my left in March 2003. I didn't have any trouble healing from either one but not I have pain in my left hand, the side of my hand near my pinky finger is real sore and the palm of my hand hurts a lot, it almost feels like I have a pinched nerve. I sometimes have pain in my shoulder and elbow but most of the pain is in the hand. I can not put any pressure on the hand either. Could this be a pinched nerve or scar tissue? if so how is it corrected?

Hi. I just had my second surgery ever. (tonsils). And I am on pain meds (that I no longer need anymore). Liquid Hydrocodone 10mgs. My sleep schedule is off and I need to get to sleep. Last night the only way for me to sleep was to take my pain meds. The same thing happened to me last time I was on them. I couldn't sleep without them. Anyone know any other alternatives for me to get to sleep? I need to be up early tomorrow morning for a followup doctors appointment. Please help.

I'm 22 and I've had a dull aching pain in both my knees off and on for the last 2 months but it seems to be more frequently lately. Its seem to be worse when I'm sitting. Does anybody have an idea of what this could be? I plan on seeing a doctor soon if it doesn't get any better

I just took both,...

The Percocet is a Prescription,.. it's just they pumped me full of pain meds and that didn't take care of this one thing when I wa sin the hospital. We (me, my mom, nurses, and friends) are thinking I tore/damaged some muscles. So I thought I would take Asprain to see if an Anti Inflamatory would help.

It has, but I would like to know if this is safe or if there is anything I should be aware of.
