Just got home from park with 18 month old grandson. Started a roast for dinner. Had popped it into open and then quickly bent down to pick up something I had dropped. Then immediately got sharp shooting pains behind left ear with immediate fairly loud clicking or ticking sounds. CALL ME CRAZY, but it concerned me. Have had clicking sounds before but certainly never anything like this with the sharp pains behind the left ear only. If anyone has experienced such on ordeal, I would be so thankful for your input. Pain is not bad now and took 2 aspirins right away as well. I don't like pills in general but hopefully they would help with pain and or thin the blood if that had anything to do with this sudden onset...Thanks in advance...Lill

the right side of my neck has been very stiff and hard for the past couple years. it doesnt hurt, it is just extremely uncomfortable. i feel like i have to stretch it out every two miniutes. there are also two small bumps, one bigger than the other, right next to eachother in the middle of that same side. this side feels very muscular and hardned compared to the other side, and when i let my head hang with my chin on my chest, and relax all my muscles, my head turns slightly to the right by itsself wihtout any effort. what could this be? are the bumps normal if they are kind of hard, and move side to sdie when i press down on them, but dont move all around my neck?

I have been taking 4xCo-codamol (8/500mg) and 3xIbuprofen and Codeine (200/12.8mg) all together twice a day for the past week or so. Could this be causing the abdominal pain that has developed?

Over the last few months I have had discomfort in the upper right area of my stomach, and the same area but on my back. It is not painfull, but becomes painfull if I press in certain spots. The discomfort seems to be more noticeable after eating fast food, or a weekend of heavy drinking. It has seemed that this discomfort has come with my rapid weight gain as well. Any ideas on what it could be? If it could be treated with a healthier lifestyle, or needs to be medicaly treated? Also I have no naseua, or irregular bowls, aside from lots of gas. It also does not hurt during deep breathes

I have had pain in my legs for years but it is getting worse.
I am 37 and if fair condition. I can ride a bicycle for 50 miles without pain, but I cant stand or walk for very long (1-2 hours). I have stopped playing golf and dont go shopping with the wife because of the pain.

I played soccer yesterday for an hour and after my legs ached to the point I almost could not walk. After a couple hours, and a hot bath it was better and today I feel ok. The ache feels the same as when you have a fever but much worse.

The pain is from my hips to my ankles.

I'm 20 years old, I'm male, I've been suffering from chronic pain for six years of my life... please help.

Symptoms: What "feels" like polyneuropathy, chronic pain; everywhere (muscles, bones, tendons, everywhere). The pain is [more] concentrated in my hands and feet than it is in, say, on or in my head. The pain is ALWAYS worse when lying down, and always worse with topical application of heat.

Curiously, the pain was deactivated" after smoking marijuana for the first and only time; however, the marijuana was [likely] laced because I had a "very bad" trip. The pain was gone for two years until... I tried prozac, which reactivated the pain to its prior acuity.

Here's what possibly caused this pain: 1.I wore a pair of uncomfortable shoes for a year; 2. I worked at Mcdonald's restocking (heavy lifting); 3. played a brutal game of bloody knuckles; 4. was on about 12 different antidepressants before pain (not congruently).

Thank you,
Av
