I would advise you go to the doctors, Or take some peptobismol.
You could have had food poisoning, that is always my worry.

See a good muscle therapist and a chiropractor the muscles are rebelling and need help to calm down (or you could wait it out) and the chiropractor can put anything back in place that is out. I prefer the kind that uses a tool called an activator rather than a bone cruncher.
Also read a book on muscles, pain and referred pain by Davies called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook.

That just happens sometimes if you threw up very hard, or if it was a lot. It's just some muscles aching from not being used very often and then suddenly being violently overworked. If you threw up really really hard you may have pulled a muscle, but it's probably nothing to worry about. If it doesn't get any better in like 3 days, you might want to see a doctor, though.

Chew your food more thoroughly to prevent this problem in the future. It may be a site of inflammation.
It also keeps your from overeating. Your body will only chew and swallow food for so long before it gets satiated. If you are eating slowly and chewing thoroughly, you will not overeat as easily. Take your time to eat.

probably inflamed from throwing up. if it gets worse, or you have trouble breathing or swallowing, or isn't getting better tomorrow, go to a doctor. but it's probably just residual inflamation from puking.
