Get a more comfortable cushion or even ask for a new chair. If the pain is between the butt-cheeks use talc in between the butt before leaving for work in the morning. This will definately help you. Just make sure your workpants doesnt get any talc on it. Hope this helps you in some way.

Buy a special cushion to sit on that is a gel cushion. Also shift your weight every 15-20 minutes as you sit to relieve the pressure.

every 20mins or so go for a walk around the office or where you work
ake sure your computer is at a resonable hight and you dotn have to raise your neck etc. also make sure you have a good chair a bad chair wont help, try a cushion or a heat pad things lke that

try an ergonomic chair, try sitting in a different position - one that reduces all over body stress...
and get up and stretch as often as possible.
