Then it disappears and when i pound my heel to the floor thats when i can feel the sting. ITs really annoying and bothersome so can anyone help me with this? i dont want it to be some kind of cancer or anyting.

1. First, stop pounding your heel onto the floor, YOU'RE DOING MORE DAMAGE.
2. Sounds like the beginning of heel spurs or tendonitis
3. Get to a podiatrist to TODAY diagnose and treat the problem

Ice the heel for about 20 minutes per day until you get your appointment at the podiatrist.

Most likely you can rub lengthwise down your calf (all the way around) and find places that are sore (more times than not they are half way and 3/4 up from the floor).
Rub them 6 - 12 strokes at least 6 times a day.
They are trigger points and cause the pain.

If my guess is wrong - get some arch supports. They don't have to cost much there are good ones that I have seen for as little as $7.00 for a pair.

Read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies it teaches about muscles, pain and referred pain and how to fix it - 75% success rate.
