Everytime i stretch-like when Im sitting at work, and i do a full body stretch- back upturned, arms legs stretched up in the air- i suddenly get a headache, like all my blood rushes to my head, and it hurts. is this normal? isnt stretching supposed to feel good afterwards?

Trigger points (knots) in the muscle refuse to let them relax. Full information read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
Get a good massage - mid to upper back, shoulders including up to collar bone, neck especially at the base of the skull - You lightly scratch or rub everywhere on your head especially where the hair grown 6 times and six times a day until you can not find any places that are tender.

complicated case. You have any head injuries? Any post-traumatic stress? Are you on any medications? You see a lot of factors can lead to these cases. For all you know you may need a MRI or CT scan on your head. My guess is that you may have a minor aneurysm around the circle of Willis.... but then again you would need to scan for that.

I'm sorry but your question is too vague to answer. I do not have your patient history, nor don't know what medication you are on.
