I've been using Orthotics for over a year and trying herbs and acupuncture. It mostly hurts if I try to walk bare foot, but not too bad if I have well padded shoes on.

Her's what happened on Sunday after drinking a bit and getting kinda clumbsy I fell and cut my leg on broken with broken glass. It was more like a stab. No glass got inside, but I have a pretty deep cut and huge a bruise on my leg. I'm not gonna go to a doctor, I'm pretty sure it will heal by itself, but want to know if anyone knows of anything to take the pain away. I tried pain killer and they aren't working. Is there some kind of topical med that I can get at like a drug store? It's an open cut so I can't use like bengay or those kind of things. By the way I won't be drinking anymore.

I pulled my hamstring and keep pulling it due to cheerleading and tumbling. I cannot stop going to either because we have a competition to go to in a few weeks and I need all the practice I could get. I was crying at one point it hurt so bad. I don't know what is the best way to sit and if there is a way I could sit and stretch it at the same time. Should I go to a doctor? My mom is gettiing mad because I keep asking her to go to the doctor for different reasons and she doesn't make me an appointment. I was looking on the internet and it said there was 3 Grades of injuries and how do you know what one it is?

My left leg and calf is stiff as a board. I am not in pain though. Will this go away itself or should I see a doctor? Never hurt my back before.

Hi, I am a 13 year old kid. Yesterday, one of my friends hit me in the upper backbone, he did not hit me very hard and I did not feel it painful. The next day, I touched the part of my backbone where he hit me and it hurt a little. I only feel the pain when I touch it like if it was a bruise. Today, another of my friend hit me a bit harder than my friend from yesterday in the lower and middle backbone but this time I did not feel any pain, it felt normal when I left it and when I touch my backbone. The problem is that yesterday's hit probably affect my more although he hit me pretty soft.

I asked some of my friends and they say it is osteoperosis. Do I have osteoperosis? How can you get it? What are the symptoms of osteoperosis?

Did I stunt my growth? Will I stop growing? Will I have backbone problems in the future? What if the pain persists more than one week? Help!?!?!?!?!?

For the past three months, I've been getting random sharp pains on the left side of my chest (below the area where the heart beats) when I breathe (usually when I exhale deeply). It can also happen when I am leaning down, yawning, sneezing, or even when I'm not moving at all. The pain only stays for about 2 minutes and then goes away. However, I experience this pain at least 2-3 times a day. I was never injured, but I did have a dry cough last month. Is this pain coming from my heart or .. lung, because I am very concerned (since it is on the left side of my chest)? Is this a serious issue and could this possibly the infection pleurisy? Thanks.

I have had this headache for three weeks on/off but its throughout the day, everyday-I take tylenol, advil, everything. Nothing even touches it. So I started taking double doses and even that isn't relieving my pain. I have tried all I can think of...I don't really want to go to the doc, I am just wondering what are some home remedy ideas for relief?!

I sit at a desk for 8-9 hrs a day. My right hamstring will start hurting early in the morning and last all day. When I get home its fine. The pain is a constant throbbing pain with some shooting pain into the right buttocks. When I stretch my leg is feels really good. If I walk or run it doesn’t hurt either, just when I sit for several hours or more at work. I have had the pain for months.

Yes I know I should go to the doctor, and I am. I am just wondering if anyone else has had something similar and what a doctor told you.

For the past several month I have been having chest pain on the left side of my chest, sometimes its tward the top part near the shoulder sometimes its below the nipple, most of the time it is sharp pain, but other times its weird pain feeling. My left arm constantly hurts , i feel like something is bring down the entire arm, my forearm and tricept hurt the most, the pain comes and goes although my left arm always feels different for the past several days. I have been having this pain for several month now. Im 19 and i constantly work out at the gym. I thought it might be a pulled muscle but it really dont give any reason why the pain radiates in my left arm so much

For the past several month i have been having left chestpains usually near my shoulder area, although most of the time its sharp pain sometimes the area just feels weird, i really cant describe it. I never have problems with breathing or anything at all. Sometime the sharp pain starts when im inhailing. My left arm takes most of the radiating pain. The pain never stops me from doing any activities but its there alot. I really dont know what to do. Sometimes the pain is under my left nipple. The weird thing is I may have this pain for a month, but then after that for a couple of weeks i wont feel hardly any pain. then it starts again.

Usually goes away after standing, but the lower back pain is getting increasingsly worse as time goes on (still mostly when sitting though). I didn't have this problem last semester, and its been years since I had anything like it (when I was 16 driving around all the time with friends). I'm 22 now. I don't have health insurance currently, but it seems like its getting time to see a doctor somehow, someway. I can't miss any more class as thats how bad it's been.

I want a massage so badly. I dont have any that I know of in my area , except maybe at a clinic or something where you pay a lot of money.

Do you think it would be insulting to put a ad in the classifieds of my paper offering a job part time for somebody to give me a good massage?
I am afraid if i do this I might give the wrong impression.
How is this: Masseuse needed
50$ per time ( maybe need 1x wk)
