I want a massage so badly. I dont have any that I know of in my area , except maybe at a clinic or something where you pay a lot of money.

Do you think it would be insulting to put a ad in the classifieds of my paper offering a job part time for somebody to give me a good massage?
I am afraid if i do this I might give the wrong impression.

Most places offer 1 hour massages for only $60. You need to check around at the local spas in your area.

Is there a massage school in your area with a massage clinic. You can usually get a massage for about $30.

If you are willing to pay $50 and can committ to multiple sessions, you should have no problem finding an experienced massage therapist to work on you. I have been doing massage for over 10 years and often do half price massages for $40 based on need and when I am slow.

You should contact reputable massage therapists and tell them what you can afford and see if they will go for it, worse they can say is no.

Check and see if there is a school around that teaches massage therapy. They might like people to practice on.

Standard hourly rate for a massage is about $60. A good place to check might be a posting board at a local health food store. And a good phrase to look for would be "strictly non-sexual."

Also check with local spas.
