I pulled my hamstring and keep pulling it due to cheerleading and tumbling. I cannot stop going to either because we have a competition to go to in a few weeks and I need all the practice I could get. I was crying at one point it hurt so bad. I don't know what is the best way to sit and if there is a way I could sit and stretch it at the same time. Should I go to a doctor? My mom is gettiing mad because I keep asking her to go to the doctor for different reasons and she doesn't make me an appointment. I was looking on the internet and it said there was 3 Grades of injuries and how do you know what one it is?

You need to see a doctor, and stop reinjuring your muscle! If you keep reinjuring yourself, you won't be able to go to the competition at all! You could injure yourself so badly that you may need surgery, and may never be able to do cheering or tumbling again.
Taking care of your body is more important than any competition. Competitions come and go, but you're stuck with your body for the rest of your life.

If you keep doing the same thing (re-injuring yourself), how can you expect different results? Yes, you need to see a doctor.
